Membership Terms and Conditions
Members and their guests must treat the club and its staff and members with courtesy and respect at all times.
The Members Code of Conduct and codes of conduct within the building must be adhered to by Members and Guests at all times.
Use of the facilities of the club and use of the club premises is strictly subject to the rules and regulations of the club in effect at any time.
Payment of the annual membership will entitle the member to membership of Sportsco for a twelve-month period and all facilities and programmes must be paid for thereafter.
Membership must be renewed on the expiration of the twelve-month period.
In the event of annual membership fee not being renewed within the day of its expiry, it is deemed to have expired and it will be necessary for members to re-apply for membership.
In the event of losing a membership card, a €5 fee will be payable for the replacement.
Membership may be terminated by the Management for violation of any rules or regulations of the club or for conduct deemed by the Management to be detrimental to the welfare, good order, safety or character of the club or its members.
Membership is not transferable and membership fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
The member acknowledges that he/she is in good health and not suffering form any disease or illness.
A screening form must be filled in before using the gym and leisure suite facilities.
Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult or guardian aged 16 yrs or over when entering the building.
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building under any circumstances.
Members have to be 16yrs or over to use the gym or leisure suite areas.
Adult Members are only permitted to bring a maximum of two guests per visit and the member must be present with their guests at all times.
Members under sixteen may not bring guests to Sportsco.
Guests are not permitted to use the gym.
Children are allowed to be part of their family membership until their 21st birthday however if they are in full time education, they are permitted to take a student membership until their 23rd birthday.
Sportsco will endeavour to ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in working order but the club accepts no responsibility to the members for failure or breakdown of any equipment or facility however caused.
In the event of any dispute arising between a member and Sportsco, the decision of the Management will be final.
The management of Sportsco reserves the right to amend and add to these conditions of membership and rules as it sees fit and the member shall observe any amended or additional conditions or rules so made.
Membership fees and admissions will be reviewed annually. Sportsco reserves the right to increase membership or admissions as required.
On joining Sportsco, the member accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions of membership of Sportsco.

It is our aim to provide you with quality service and facilities. In order to assist us and to ensure that all members enjoy their visits to SPORTSCO, we insist that you adhere to this code of conduct.

1. Members and their guests must treat the club and its staff and members with courtesy and respect at all times.
2. On each visit to Sportsco your membership fob must be presented for access to the centre and all facilities must be paid for prior to use.
3. Members may bring no more than two guests per visit. The member must use the facilities with the guest. No more than two guests per visit occassionally. Guests may choose to use all facilities except the gym.
4. Membership may be terminated by the Management for violation of any rules or regulations of the club or for conduct deemed by the Management to be detrimental to the welfare, good order, safety or character of the club or its members.
5. Codes of conduct in specific areas must also be adhered to by members
6. When using the Swimming Pool, children under the age of ten must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged sixteen years or over.
7. The Fitness Centre and Leisure Suite are confined to those aged 16 and over. All members must have an Induction before they are allowed to use the Fitness Centre.
8. When cancelling soccer, court or hall bookings, 24 hours notice must be given otherwise the court must paid for.
9. Persons under the age of 18 must leave the Golf Lounge area by 7pm.
10.There is no smoking in the building.
11. Lockers are available in the centre for your convenience. All bags must be placed in these lockers at all times.
12. No drinking glasses or glass bottles are allowed outside of the Golf Lounge area.
13. The Management of Sportsco reserves the right to amend and add to these conditions of membership and rules as it sees fit and the member shall observe any amended or additional conditions or rules so made.
