Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics involves a series of exercises performed to music in water and is an effective way to help with weight loss and toning.
Aqua aerobics is a low impact class, which uses waster as a resistance. The more the body is submerged in water, the greater the resistance and the better the workout. It is a beneficial way of training for both men and woman of all fitness levels, including pre and post natal woman, the elderly and those in rehabilitation, and is a great way to build up strength and flexibility.

Aqua aerobics takes place in the SPORTSCO pool on Monday nights from 7 to 8pm, and Tuesday & Friday mornings from 10 – 11am. Classes are fully supervised and instructed by a qualified aqua trainer, and all are welcome.
