Fitness classes are open to members and non-members. 
PLEASE NOTE
* All classes are on a drop-in basis apart from those marked with an asterisk on the timetable (please ask at reception for details on wellness courses)
* Classes are open to all levels - please speak with a member of gym staff if you have any queries
* Minimum age to participate in classes is 16 years with the exception of Teen Gym
* Classes starting before 9am are exclusive to members with early morning access
* A minimum of 2 people are required for a class to commence
* Classes and/or instructors subject to change
* Participants must obtain card for each class at reception
* Late arrivals will not be admitted once class has commenced
AQUA AEROBICS
Water based non-impact aerobics class designed to suit all levels of fitness
AQUA HEALTH
A gentle yet effective water-based workout for all age groups.
ACTIVE FOR LIFE
An energising class aimed at the older adult using movement to music to give a gentle but fun workout.
BODY SCULPT
A combination of resistance exercises and conditioning movements aimed at toning and improving your physique.
BOOT CAMP
A military-inspired circuit and fitness class helping you to be the ‘best of the best’. This challenging and motivating class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
BOXERCISE
A combination of boxing, aerobics and circuit training. Excellent for improving cardio and tone.
CIRCUITS
A combination of aerobic and weight stations. Aimed at increasing both endurance and strength.
KEEP FIT
Combination of aerobics and resistance training. Great for general fitness and toning. Designed to have fun.
POWER STEP
A dynamic step class to improve fitness for all intermediate and advanced participants.
PILATES
Designed to tone the body with no pumping, no pounding and no burn. Increase core muscles to reduce back ache.
SCULPT'N'TONE
A combination of resistance exercises and conditioning movements aimed at toning and improving your physique.
SPINNING
The original and most popular indoor cycling class. With no complicated moves to learn, along with music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!
STABILITY BALL
Stability balls help you improve your posture & core while sculpting a better body, using varied combinations in an invigorating fun workout!
TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a slow-motion, moving meditative exercise for relaxation and health, suitable for all ages.
TEEN GYM
SPORTSCO's teen gym programme runs every Friday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. 12 to 15 year olds can do an aerobics class or sweat it out in the gym using treadmills, bikes or rowers. Gym staff will ensure you have fun and enjoy a good workout. Open to members only, €5 each.
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Weekly sessions start you on the road to a healthier physique, using food advice and also some light exercise.
YOGA
Designed to improve breathing, posture, flexibility and toning all combined with a stress free environment.
ZUMBA
Combining hypnotic latin & world beats with exciting dance moves - a class that burns 600-800 calories in an hour!
